Linda is the founder and director of Kids On Track, an organization with a seventeen year track record of outstanding ministry to urban kids in Edmonton. She was a community health nurse for over 25 years and has a one year specialization in multicultural health services. Linda has extensive experience in connecting with parents of at risk children and a passion for helping children and youth become all they can be. | |

Kristy is the Program Coordinator of Kids On Track. She has an education background is in psychology and sociology (BA), and has worked in the past with at risk youth, under aged prostitutes and drug addicts in Edmonton. She volunteered with Kids On Track for over 14 years before coming on board with them full time (She was a kid in the KOT program herself!) She also is a Character Connex presenter, visiting local schools to present character and values education and has extensive experience in hosting outreach events for large groups. She has a vision to see kids make positive life choices and be empowered to change their world. | |

Karin is our Administrative Assistant- anything you need, she'll know the answer! She is a recent grad of King's University College and is amazing at keeping us organized! We are so excited to welcome her to the Kids On Track team full time. She is usually found in the office, but also helps with a couple of clubs during the week, keeping her hand on the pulse of what's going on. | |

Ashley is our Leader In Training Experience Coordinator. She connects with our youth to encourage them in their leadership skills. She is currently still a student at King's University College and we are so pleased to have her on staff this year! | |
